The Fashion Retail Academy (FRA) awarded OFSTED Outstanding, is a unique, industry-led college located in the heart of London. Founded by fashion and retail giants, we offer a range of specialist fashion courses from Level 2 to Undergraduate, online courses and apprenticeships.
Since 2005, the FRA has produced thousands of job-ready graduates with the practical skills to succeed within the fashion and retail workplace. Our alumni from our first cohort in 2005 are now senior professionals in brands such as Browns, Fat Face and Net A Porter.

The FRA work with over 140 brands to deliver the highest quality of teaching and learning opportunities to their students. In 2024, EFI Group acquired the London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT) to expand its industry-led education model into a new market sector. LCBT, London's No. 1 beauty college provides fully-funded specialist courses for ages 16+ in hair, makeup and beauty therapy and provide specialist vocational training combined with practical industry experience, providing the perfect synergy with other EFI partners.
Since being founded in 1995, over 10,000 aspiring beauty professionals have earned their Level 3 qualification at LCBT, allowing them to embark on a career in the £27 billion beauty industry. LCBT offers several routes into the industry, with courses including Beauty Therapy, Hair & Media Make-up, Hairdressing and Advanced Aesthetics. Alumni work across a range of businesses from luxury hotels and spas to freelance styling.

At LCBT, students are given the option for progression onto higher levels or into employment through the in-house Job Shop which has fantastic links to the largest and most prestigious employers in the industry.
